I'm planning on doing some travel this spring/summer and a lot of the bed and breakfasts I'll be staying at unfortunately don't have high speed connections. My thoughts are to get one of the AT&T 3G broadband cards, so I can keep up to date with the internet/news/email and some light gaming. Anyway, my question is, does anyone use one of these devices, and what are your thoughts/opinions?

I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but I figured this would be the best.

    Thanks in advance!

They are usable, as long as you can get good connections and roaming services. Read the fine print on the plan carefully, and see if it is worth it for the amount of time that you will be spending on the net.

    cheers ...
