I am having a huge problem in my Device Manager\Network Adapter
I have a screen shot, but don't know how to add it as I am new to the forum and site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    GGM

Do you per chance have a program by Eset, probably a firewall. To me it looks like the problem is with that rather than the adapter. However, you can always try to reinstall the drivers for the adapter.

It looks to me lie ESET is to blame although the bad news is that sometimes this happens one a firewall is uninstalled and doesn't fully remove its drivers.
If you still use ESET firewall try to repair an installation or if it doesn't work uninstall and install again.
