My brother lives next door to me and he has a wireless network in his home. I told him I recieved a new laptop with wireless connectivity. Being a poor college student, he offered to let me share his connection. What do I need to do to wireless connect my laptop and desktop. My laptop connects but has a weak signal. Cam I buy a wireless router to better recieve his signal and connect my desktop at the same time? He has given me the WEP kep to access his secured network. Thanks

I seen a D-Link router at Office Depot with Rangebooster. Will this help?

Or you can be Tech-ghetto and run a long ethernet cable from his house to a wireless router in your house :)

I would go with range extenders and if possible check to see if there is anything that might be weakening the signal(phones, buildings materials etc). And update all your wireless drivers.
