I don't know a lot about wireless networks, so I'm here to ask a question.

The laptop I'm looking at (the Compal IFL90) has a "W-Lan 4965AG-N" wireless thingy (I believe this is the newest at the moment?). My question is: will it work on this university? Ill translate the notebook service center explanation about the wireless on the university:

"The notebook has to be compatible with the local 100MB network and the 802.11 a/b/g networks. The professional 802.11a is very important because this standard is used in all of the education rooms. Elsewhere on the university we use the consumer standard 802.11g

Will I be able to access the internet with the "W-Lan 4965AG-N"?

    Thank you for your replies.

The card says it's a "a, g , n" so YES it will work. I Specs says a/b/g/n. It meets that.
