    3220H wireless problem...HELP!!

    i constantly experience lockup during system startup, the taskbar freeze etc. (have to wait 5 mins to get everything in the taskbar) i checked everything. i found out that when i disable wireless zero configuration and don't turn on wireless b4 windows boot up, it happens. (have wireless zero configuration auto start doesn't have this problem.) i installed third party utility for the adapter, since wireless zero cause lag during online game play. anybody know how to fix it??? thx alot..
