My Dell Latitude has a 802.11G PCI MINI Card in it with 2 antenna connections. I see that 11N cards have 3 antenna connections. Can I replace the G card with an N card and only connect 2 antennas?

    yes.
and not all N-cards have 3 antenna connections, some use 2
and you can add the 3rd antenna yourself :)

Does it matter which 2 I connect on a 3 antenna card?

Will connecting just 2 on a 3 antenna card be any different than finding a 2 antenna card? (I haven't seen a 2 antenna mini pci - not pci-ei).

Any tips on where to find a 3rd antenna that would be compatible? Do I just try to find a gap inside the case somewhere to stick it?

I have a Latitude D610, which is mini pci (not express). It looks like the Intel 5100's are all express.

Thanks! That card is an HQRP card. I've been googling trying to find out what chipset it uses, so far to no avail. I run several different OS environments and need to know the chipset. I just wrote to osprey-talon that markets HQRP, but its a long shot that they will tell me anything.
