Is higher the access point # (in my case, Channel 1 and 6) best or lower (e.g. Channel 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10) better?

    Red squared is mine.

This is what I found from Meraki webapp: Meraki WiFi Stumbler

For faster speed and better connection, you want to try and have the channel to yourself, so lower access points/channel are better.

However, channels interfere with channels 2 below and 2 above as well. So just because channel 3 is at 0, doesn't mean it's better than say channel 11.

Also it's common to see only channel 1, 6 and 11 used. Since that minimizes overlapping.

In your case, channel 11 is a good choice, absolute best would probably be like channel 8 or 9.

I would use channel 10, if your using 40MHz, the primary channel will be 10 and the secondary will be 7. You do not have to set the secondary channel, it will be set automatically per the IEEE 802.11n standard.
