    white 1013 shade?

    Can anyone tell me if the white 1013 option is off white, flat white, or is it pearl white like the Apple ibooks ? Thanks gang..

    It's a flat white (but not ivory or off-white). Doesn't get smudged or dirty, though, in my experience.

    Hey, thanks for the reply Coffee. I've been feverishly reading this site for a while now, looking for a notebook to unchain me from my desk in my HT room. So many choices.. msi 1022 replacement, 1013, sony sz140-160, asus w3j, toshiba m100.. yada yada..

    MSI has some entruiging notebooks. I just want something small, powerful, bluetooth,wifi, good video card. You'd think it would be easy ;)

    it's never easy. just take your time and make sure you know what you're getting. There are lots of choices, and MSI could be the answer. The 1013 is one, the 1012BT is another that would work at 12", and if you can wait, there's always more coming.

    You'll probably have to move up to 14" to get a dedicated video card without paying through the nose, though.
