i just got this new msi notebook and i cant get the webcam to work...i have windows xp 64 and vista on two different partitions and it wont work on either of them...i try to press the button by the power button and it trys to load but wont and i cant install it in the control panel...if anyone can help that will be awesome

it didnt come with a webcam driver just a driver utilities manuel is that what ur talking about

i got it to take a picture using facebook and i dont know how it just prompted by itself and i cant find it anywhere...so i mean it works but when i press the button for it to come up nothing just a beep like its not going to open

There are drivers on the driver cd for xp32 and vista 32 you need to install, if you are using both o/s's in x64 you will need to download the latest drivers from the msi website.
