    can customer break the warranty for upgrading to ssd and ram ?

    I sent mine in with the sticker broken. If you RMA it, they ask if there's been any aftermarket changes. I told them that I opened the main panel to pull the CMOS battery to clear the BIOS password, and no HDD because it'd been replaced.


    I got the GX620 back yesterday with a new sticker applied...and I had to take it apart to put my hdd back in.
