I have been shopping around for laptops and came across the msi GT627-218US. It looked good except many people questioned the build quality, especially the keyboard. I than found out that you can't even get this computer now because they are not making anymore and the gt628 is about to come out in August. Am I wrong?
I than came across the Force 3551, which people say is the same as the msi- 1651. Is this true? why a new name for the same computer? If this is an MSI is it going to have the same build quality issues as the gt627? Thanks in advance!

I have owned a 1651 and had no issues except the touchpad coating wears off. Other than that its fine. The reason its called the Force 3551 is that it was bought as a barebones and then built by another company if you know what I mean.
The GT628 would be a much better preformer though, might be worth the wait.. -
I don't know if it's the same machine, but many many computers are based on the same basic build. For example, you might buy a Clevo rebadged as a Sager in the States, or a Rock computer in the UK, or something else elsewhere (or even different names in the same country).
very confused, can someone please explain
