I have a GT80 and I'm having issues trying to tether through PDANet under Windows 10. Disabling the Qualcom Bandwith protocol in Adapter settings helped to there a website now loads, but it is still super slow and I'm getting page timeouts.

When I switch to my Asus ROG running Win 7 Pro, it works really fast and I get a 5mb download speed. With the GT80, it won't even complete the speedtest.
