I am planning on getting this laptop in the next few weeks. Have a question. I want to swap the hard drive with a SSD.Then move the 550 Gb drive to an external enclosure. Can I run Aronis to an external drive and then lay back down on the SSD? I know that the WIN7 OS is an OEM version that doesn't come with a disk and you really can't install more than once. I don't want to buy another copy of WIN7.

    thanks

Upon start up , you will get the option to create a recovery DVD of w7. You can use this to restore to factory default whenever you feels like it.

You mean Acronis ? It should work(not 100% sure though).

You can use the recovery disk to restore it to the SSD.
