    I have a MSI-GT628 barebone laptop

    QX9200 @ 321x9 = 2.88GHZ
    T4500 @ 276x11.5 = 3.17GHZ

and I cant alter the T4500 to 321 FSB with the same MEM chips

    why ?

is there any method to get higher FSB or alter the multi x ?

Could just be the CPU mate, chips may be made the same, but their tolerance levels are certainly all different.
