    flash 10.1 beta is out and xpress 1270 gets no gpu flash support :( lets hope its a supported model when its in full release or we will all have to go out and buy broadcom hd cards which incedently are supported from 10.1 beta

    The x1270 is part of the x1xxx series which is considered legacy by ATi. The only reason they used that instead of the hd3200 in the u210 is that it is dirt cheap for them to produce and it has avivo.

    bought my broadcom crystal hd card today... will post results when it arrives and i have it installed... was $24.95 w/ free shipping on ebay

    broadcom card arrived today, used the hp mini 311 drivers, reinstalled flash 10.1 beta and now i have smooth full screen flash without overclocking. well worth the $25 been watching hulu all night flawlessly. it would have been better to have it work without the card but i figured $25 wasnt much of a risk
