    I order my gx640 but I just need to send 15$ with paypal. I cannot do it with my account because the seller only accept US residents. So can some one help me and send 15$ to the seller and I give back the money.

    Umm this whole thing sounds a little fishy to me. Why would they need just $15? Seems like a phising attempt to me...

    I will never steal money, never ...
    I know it's difficult to believe but please I've ordred the computer 2 weeks ago and the situation is blocked because I can't pay the 15$

    In this situation it seems like you should be blaming the seller and not defending them. If there were international wire fees to be paid they should have made you aware of this at the time of purchase

    I live in europe, I send the payement (the exact amount) by bank wire.
    A few days after the seller tells me that he only received a part of the amount (15$ are missing), he told me that I could pay them with visa or paypal. I don't have Visa so I have to send by paypal.
    I tried many times to send the money but his paypal account don't accept wires from foreign contries (only US). I contacted the seller and told him to change his preferences, he told me that he change them but I still can't send him the money (same problem as before).

    Well, if you're going to get someone to do this you can send them the $15 and hope they'll forward it for you. That way you at least won't seem so much like a scammer, though of course you risk getting scammed yourself.
