No MSI machine has SLI capability are you sure you have the right model?

Sheer hardware wise it's about even graphics wise and more powerful CPU wise than the PS4. You have to remember that the console will be highly optimised though and the architecture is different so it's hard to make these sorts of comparisons.

    Why do you ask?

Your system doesn't have SLI, SLI needs a minimum of two GPUs to implement and your machine has just one.
It's not cost-effective to do that with a notebook, and PS4 for sure will feel more smooth than your 570M graphics in gameplay situation, however most likely due to its optimizations with games.
This is why you can never adjust graphics settings in console games.

The GPU is slower than the one in the PS4, so you'll have to play at settings lower than the console. It will also get worse over time, when devs make better use of the console hardware, while PC system requirements grow.
