yes, spent a while uninstalling the old drivers and reinstalling all of them on 7 x64-bit. However, some are already outdated (the intel chipset, the realtek lan driver, etc).

SCM Works on x64 Win7 and all of the other drivers in msi website
like "Darth Bane" said , some of them are outdated but you can find the latest from the makers website like realtek, intel, nvidia etc

the most important Win7 drivers from msi are "ENE CIR Driver" and "JMicron Card Reader Driver" , those are unidentified when you make a fresh install of Win7.

true, but it's always nice to have "official" drivers that are made specifically for the os.

So, as I see, all the drivers are for Windows 7 32bit version. What you do then? Just install them on 64bit version?

MSI normally had the drivers up under windows 32 bit but they were always universal, you can download a driver to see if the x64 files have been included, in some cases the WOW layer may emulate 32 on 64 though (my gt725/1722 card reader is 02*32) but all my other ones are 64bit from MSI. (Im not sure about windows 7 though.)
