    how to use the turbo mode in gx740 like gx660 by software?

    You can't. Gx740 doesn't have turbo mode.

    You have to OC by yourself.

    Turbo is enabled by default. Here are the values it reaches without you touching it.

    Cores used--Frequency:
    4 cores--> 1.6Ghz
    3 cores--> ~1.9Ghz
    2 cores--> ~2.1-2.3Ghz (depends on temperature and load)
    1 core--> ~2.3-2.8Ghz (again depending on temperature)

    Just make sure all the options are enabled in your BIOS--> Advanced.

    You can also overclock it so those values increase.
    I have mine overclocked to 1.75Ghz currently so it starts at that.
