    msi gx70 cpu issue

    so i have a msi gx70 laptop which has a a10 apu 5750m cpu and again which is not enough for hd8970m.So i tried a method from another site which was about a program called bar-edit it was a good method which made my cpu works between 3.2ghz and 3.5ghz but still i lose 15-20 fps when it goes down to 3.2ghz (a game named hon i get 30 stable fps normaly and sometimes 45-50.sometimes means:6 or 10 seconds in 1 hour then it goes down to 30 fps whole game)so i am searching for a method for stabling my cpu at 3.4ghz or 3.5 ghz can someone help me?
