Fan is controlled by EC, software doesn't work on laptops

The EC firmware...... and the fan table therein has already been optimized for your model, given it's cooling solution...... however, you might give this a try:
Dave's GT70 Fan Control
Also, if you search around, you may find a later version of this.

Doesn't the MSI laptop already have max fans AKA Cooler Boost? -

Yep, sure nuff. I believe his model has 'Cooler Boost 2'.

By the way, I have a strange fan problem. The fan starts as soon as the power button turns to orange (which indicates that NVIDIA GPU is active) AND it stops as soon as power button turns back to white. It produces very annoying noise. I think it is called fan pulsating or something. NVIDIA GPU's temp is around 30-40 celsius while this happens so I don't know why the fan starts to spin. I recently plugged my laptop to TV with HDMI cable. This problem occured after that one. If I use GT70 FAN CONTROL app and set fan speed to %10, it works but it stays there all the time. It doesn't start to spin even the temps are rising. I have MS1763 laptop with i7 4710MQ and GTX 870M. -

Perhaps the EC firmware should be updated to allow smoother operation.
If the noise doesn't go away, open it to inspect the root cause, but if problem persists then perhaps the fan is defective since no one else had reported such issue. -

Yes, you can.
It should be pretty simple to flash but if you need help feel free to let me know. -
