    after upgrader to windows 7 the web cam and bluetool is missing,anyone had the same problem?

    Push the media keys for them above the keyboard so they glow blue. After you do that they should auto install for windows 7.

    yet 1 for cam 2 for bt, web cam came up but not bluetool
