I have 2 sticks of DDR 400 memory that I have from my dead notebook that I would like to utilize in the MS-1039 when I get one. The sticks have a Infineon sticker on them which says "PC3200S-3033-1-A1" and also "DDR 400 CL3". I know that there has been memory compatibility issues with the MS-1029.

While I know that no one here yet has a 1039 I'm wondering if anyone has has experience with this ram and the 1029? I understand that the 1039 could be different but ideally I would like to avoid a problem if possible.

    Thanks!

I have used some Supertalent sticks using Infineon chips (most are Samsung) and have found them to work just fine in the 1029.
