Ok , i think i made my decision . It will be the MSI M645 or for US model it's the 1032 . This are the specs
    Centrino M730 ( 1.6 ghz )
512 mb ram ( will be upgraded to 1 gb )
    60 gb HDD 4200rpm 8mb buffer
well , the rest is standard ( this model is standard here but i hear there are barebones available with different specs ) .
Why i think it is right for me :
Well it feels for me it is solid build , in it's pricerange or even above it ( within +/- 200/300 euro or $ region ) i couldn't find any notebook feeling more solid then this one . This is very important for me because it is a laptop and i'm away from home 3 months a year and the notebook will be with me . The slightly less processor and HDD are ok as a return .
It is small , , well for a 15.4 laptop it is . It may not be by large amount but it is very noticable .
The batterytime , well , i got different views on this . Most test tell me it is ok , and longer then most notebooks in this pricerange ( i'd like it to be the long as possible but 3h is a min. ) . This seems to be correct to me because the battery has quite a lot of power and power usage of the laptop is low according to the tests ( well , probably due to the internal components , 1.6 centrino uses less then a 2.0  ) .
The nvidia gpu 6600 , way to high for me , but i don't complain here , it is always better to have better components inside then needed .
My usage will be mostly internet and stock trading . When i'm home i will be using a 2th screen , so i have a very big lay-out ( this is possible with nvidia isn't it ????? ) . For the rest just basic stuff on the laptop like some pictures but not really editing etc etc etc etc .
When i'm not at home , the laptop will be used as a dvd player on tv . Several movies would be on the HDD and shrunken in size .
What do you guys think am i making the right decision or do you have comments ????

If you travel a lot, get the MS-1012 and no bigger than MS-1022. 1032 is too much to carry.

Well , you are right . The 1012 is smaller and easier to handle . But also , the have no GPU . Generally speaking , i'm not like travelling around a lot . I'm just going to another place 3 times 1 month every year . It is travelling to there and yes the 1032 is indeed a littlebig to big to carry around . But this is going to be my only pc so it's going to handle everything i do with my pc now . I'm not really a gamer but a game of C&C has to be possible . Also i need the tv out , etc etc etc . It is very difficult to find a good 12" or 14" to have all the specs i want . Maybe if the new model comes out , the 1022 i go look for it in a instant , i think the 6200 still can play C&C but it would be close . Also the batterytime how will that be ??? It is not out here , but i'm giving it 1 more month . Otherwise i think the 1032 is the only valid solution for me .
