I placed the order of 2 BTY-M6D MSI batteries in the xoticpc site since 24 Dec and since then they kept ignoring me..and kept sending me emails of cancelling the order if I don't reply and provide the western union receipt and worst of all they're asking for the serial number for the batteries I ordered which is something I never received!
first order from this site and they're not helping me of leaving a good impression, right after I received the email asking for the serial number and I started wondering what to do with this site..
should I wait more? it's been 3 months and derek told me that they do not usually stock the batteries, but 3 months is way too much..

I've spoken to them MANY times, all I get is "sorry I'll get the manger to look into this" and then....nothing! just another call..
