I just received my ex 625 and the only problem i have is the p7350 and i was interested in upgrading to the P8600. has anyone done so with no complications? and does an upgrade of this matter provide a noticeable difference in performance?

It's doable. But I don't think this is upgrade is worth the price. You can just OC the P7350.

The difference in performance won't be much, though this depends on what you use it for. If you find your CPU is often on 100% load then an upgrade will be beneficial, else, you are wasting money.

Is is very doable, and very easy.
If your worried about extra heat just go for a higher P series( they are all rated at 25 W) just don't forget the AS5.
Not sure what you get in 3DMARK06 but notebookcheck.com got 7620 testing the MSI EX625 with a P8600 run at 1280x768 res.
