I was just feeling the back to see how warm the air was and i can definitely tell there is way more air coming out the back of the right fan just behind the keypad side. Is this normal? Or should they both be putting out about the same amount of air?

They are dynamic fans, so their speeds should be independant of each other. I believe the gpu is the one under the keypad, which usually outputs more heat than a cpu when gaming so it stands to reason it's fan would be on a more aggressive profile than the other

With it open on your lap the GPU is on the right and cpu on the left. Also yes it depends on what the machine is doing.

    Yes working as intended.
If you want to make sure the fans are working properly run a CPU intensive program like Prime95 and check how the fans reacts.
Then turn that off and run a GPU intensive program like any game or FurMark and make sure the other fan is working right.

And if you run them at the same time expect a lot of heat out of both, just dont keep it going that way for too long
