3 days before my GS60 2qe's temp suddenly went way up(60cpu, 50gpu, idle / 90cpu, 70gpu, gaming), then I started finding solution I have been treating it very carefully, I thought of the new bios I just updated, CPU throttling problem, vsync or whatnot even virus, I ran like 5 different antivirus software and none of it helped. Then I spotted something very weird, something called system idle process has been eating my cpu up like 99% at all time, then I googled it, it is just a sign of it being used heavily I get it. Then I had no choice recovering it is not even close I reset it twice and the problem is still not solved!

The fan has been spinning non stop, things run very slow, couldn't play any games, it is just driving me crazy! does anyone had this problem before? could it be the hardware? did they go bad? Please I am begging for a solution! For all these years I've never taken my laptop to any repair store, I tried to solve everything by myself, but this time I really have no clue.

Ignore the "system idle process". It is always the leftover. ie, if your CPU usage is 30%, the system idle process will be 70%.

then I don't get it, why all of a sudden the temp just go like crazy even after 2 resets and I even upgraded it up windows 10 still won't work... is it the hardware problem? or the bios? maybe I messed up the bios? 'cause it started right after I updated the newest bios....

Did you leave the system idle while monitoring the temperatures?
Can you show us a graph which shows the temperature spikes during idle?
