    Hello,

I'd like to add a stick of 1GB to my new U100-432US, but I don't want to void the warranty. I'm in the US, does anyone have an e-mail address that I could use to contact MSI about this?

I tried the MSI web page (even registered) on the FAQ but it doesn't list the MIS Wind U-100 as one of the machines when trying to register the product or ask for assistance.

Someone had suggested I use http://ocss.msi.com.tw/index.php to contact them. Here is my question, and their response to it.

    ----------- my question --------------------
    Adding RAM to U100-432US

    Hello,

I recently bought a MSI Wind U100-432US and would like to add more RAM. However there is a sticker that says I would be voiding the warranty if I open up the system.

Please advise how to proceed with the upgrade without voiding my warranty.

    Thank you,

    ---------- MSI response --------------------

Break Stickers WILL void your warranty.

Please consult with local subsidiary/distributor to get RAM update

So I'm stuck with the same problem, no good contact.

Does anyone have an e-mail for MSI?

    Thanks
