try cccp or klite codec pack.

+1 for CCCP.

In the future, please take the time to rethink your thread titles as they don't really help people determine whether or not they can help you. I would suggest including a brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

VLC player!
and btw, the problem is not your laptop, it just (once again) windows... -
sorry about the title :/ guess ill work on those. i downloaded k lite, and it fixed the problem. btw, my cpu is running between 86-89 C. when in turbo mode playing WoW at full graphics. is this fine or do i need to do something?

if you misspelled cpu for GPU, then its hot. If cpu IS what you meant, then you have a problem.

AND! my core 0, and core 1 and gpu all got up to 92 C earlier. what do i do about this. -
Were you gaming???? :s I hope they are not idle temps!
-
ya i was playin world of warcraft. idk man this thing seems to be getting pretty hot, the gpu/cpu got to 91c this morning. what should i do?
-
My friend is getting really hot temps when gaming on an MSI barebones this summer and the laptop would actually shutoff. He didn't have this problem during the rest of the year so we attributed it to the summer heat. Considering your profile says you're in Texas maybe you should pick up a notebook cooler? You could also try popping your laptop open and blowing out any dust.
-
i dont think there is any dust, ive only had this thing a week. laptop cooler is probobly what im going to have to do. where can i find them?
