    can I change the GX680 card?

    someone I know wants to buy a gaming laptop, and told him to get the GT683DXR, and the only one he found so far was the GX680 with GT555m card! and since I heard that the GX series supports optimus then it might have different mobo+bios! so is that true?

    AFAIK it does not support optimus, I know for sure the card can be removed.
