    $1250 is the standard price for the new GE70s. If you're looking for a review you may check out the GE60/GE70 forum as they're identical save for some slight aesthetic changes and I guess a USB port. Gaming wise it's a performer for sure. Also what I read this laptop has surprisingly great cooling despite it's size.

    I'm not sure if the build quality will be the same here as on their more powerful models, still the 660m should run very cool so it should be hard to screw up the cooling.

    The SATA III 6gb/s mSATA Slot is something that separates the GE70 from other notebooks in it's class.

    Can you guys compare it to the Sager 9150M...Which is better? Which has better cooling. I can see Sager has 2 exhaust vents at the back which is very efficient...and the GE 70 has exhaust vents on the side.

    Also another laptop which is comparable is ASUS ROG G75VW Best Buy model which is available at a similar price

    Sager is a bit thicker and heavier, but faster even one the base spec (with any GPU upgrade it gets significantly faster). I've heard that MSI's cooling systems are quite good (also all GE owner's GPUs run relatively cold) and the Sager one is great as well. You won't have problems with excessive heat on either machine.

    If you're going to compare it with sager, then compare the GT series and not the GE series.

    Compare to Asus G75VW-DS71, MSI GE70 is much cheaper in price. I like Asus laptop better, because the air circulation design. However, MSI GE70's price is too good to be true.

    We run GE70 0ND-033US in 72 hours and do not see any heating issue.

    The Asus has a GTX670M while the MSI has a GT650M or GTX660M.

    It's their marketing stratagy.That's why you won't see the highest performing GPUs in any Asus G series.

    Also, if you're like me and want to poke around inside the laptop, the GE60 and GE70 gives you easy access to all the goodies just by removing a single door.

    The Asus G75 and G55 require a lot of electronic butchery to get to the innards.
