I hear it will be priced to compete with Asus' G1s. I actually like its looks better than the G1 (it looks more customized, unique).

The GX600's screen resolution is disappointing, only WXGA, not even WXGA+.
I would go with the G1S because of the higher resolution. The turbo button on the GX600 can be achieved on the G1S via software. -
What the heck was MSI thinking. Get the perfect spec and then ruin it by using the lowest resolution 15.4 LCD. That like building a Porsche with a 3cylinder diesel inside. 15.4inch should never build with WXGA resolution. WXGA+ should be the min for such a LCD.
Both MSI and Acer are big let down. Both ruined their machine for any consideration for comparison to G1S by using the crappy resolution. -
Does anyone know what the model number is for the GX600 and GX600 extreme edition (as in the GX700 = MS-1719)
