DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM XOTIC PC
I TRUSTED THEM SO I DID NOT CHECK THE UNIT WHEN I RECEIVED IT, BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS I SAW A CRACK BY THE SPEAKER, I'M SURE THIS HAPPENED WHEN I ASKED FOR A WIRELESS ADAPTER UPGRADE

THANK YOU XOTIC PC

XoticPC is reputable. Why not tell them about it and I'm sure they would replace it or give you a refund.

I did and waiting for their response
thank you for you concern -

So posting this up before they even respond seemed like the adult thing to do?
Also I find it hard to believe this is something you would miss for 2 weeks. Drop something on it and now flailing about like this on the forums to try and get it fixed for free? -
Honestly it's was hard to me to notice it, I did not discover it till tonight.
I won't acuse them of something they didn't do.
Unless they did.
I respect your point of view. -

I see our Service Department received your email titled " THANK YOU XOTIC PC FOR TREATING ME LIKE AN IDIOT" at 3:10AM this morning.
I find it extremely odd that you have a laptop for 2 weeks and now you just notice a crack on that surface. Something like this would be noticed my most customers right away. I would hope you don't think we are in the business of cracking computer surfaces and then sending them to customers just hoping they don't see them? Because that is definitely NOT the case.
A simple email to our service team would have sufficed and I am sure you will get a reply shortly this AM and they will review this further with you. -
The comment
These things happen from time to time,(with all purchases)
Resolved as you are now doing through contacting your retailer -
Extreme overreaction for the win.

There is no mention of you trying to resolve this issue with the vendor before posting here. How could posting this possibly help your situation? U serious bro?
Thread closed. Don't smear a business' name and hurt their reputation for no reason. Talk to Justin; I've yet to see an Xotic PC customer that wasn't well taken care of.
