What kind of batterylife can I expect from an X600 with the Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500, ATi 4330, 4GB Ram and 6cell battery? Can it manage 4-5 hours with Windows7?

    Try this link http://lmgtfy.com/?q=msi+x600+battery+life

It seems 3-4 hours is the norm, 5 max, as little as 2.5 under heavy use.

But instead of making a "crappy notebook" comment, you could have found all of that out for yourself if you weren't so lazy.

    Cheers!

Agreed, well said bron, the op seems impatient,

I'd estimate 4-5, possibly more with easy undervolting.

    Thanks! ;)

Yea, my times were all stock. I see 3.5 hrs as the average out of the box. Certainly could do much better with some tweaks. That said, it was not so long ago that 3-4 hrs would have been considered more than adequate. Certainly is enough for me!
