I've finished building my MS-1057 and installing all the drivers, however I'm still having an annoying problem with the wireless card. I have an Intel 3945ABG adapter, and the software/drivers that came with it from Intel. It works fine, except when I close the laptop while it's still on and it goes into sleep mode, then I open it back up and power it back up, the wireless software from Intel says "No installed wireless adapters found," and the problem is not fixed until I restart the computer. Turning wireless on and off with the button does nothing. Is there some driver update I can download to fix this?

As a fellow 1057 owner, I recommend scrapping the garbage Intel software, and just using Windows' wireless software. I've experienced no errors with Windows' solution so far.

This sounds more like a hardware issue...though I'd also recommend ditching the Intel software. It just adds more startup programs and longer times.

You may want to try a different driver. Check to see that you have all the correct windows updates. Go to MSI's website and check to see if all of your components are up to date. Update the ones that aren't, and go from there.

    Good luck!
