    Hello Everyone ,

I am encountring big issue with 1903 with my device through Windows Update , Upgrade Assistant and Media Creation Tool

After Normal Window Update or Upgrade Assistant , The Update is not applied after restarting and update still request the restart

When i use media creation tool and Choosing ( Upgrade this PC ) I got this error

1903 update we've set your pc back to the way it was right before you started installing windows 10. 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 the installation failed in the safe_os phase with an error during boot operation

Then I created USB Drive from media creation tool but I can not install windows update from it as I got error ( Attention , This PC is not compatible with this upgrade )

    I tried the following :
Clean boot by disabling non microsoft services and disabling startup items
    - Removing any connected USB Devices including mouse
    - Disable Norton Antivirus

    Also
    - Performing BIOS Update ( UEFI Bios Update )
    - Full Complete Harddisk factory reset Many times ..!!

After completing the factory reset .Windows Update applying 1703 and 1803 Normally and still have 1903 issue

    N.B
The system installed on ( 2 Samsung 960 Pro M.2 ) with Raid zero array ( Intel Premium boot )

    Regards

Right, is there a reason why your trying inplace upgrade after a factory reset?

Best possible way is if you have access to another computer make the Bootable USB stick with that computer and then do a clean install with the new USB Install media you just created.

you need to ensure that all your drivers are updated. A lot of drivers from the newer models like the wireless, LAN, card reader, Intel chipset drivers, etc. are cross compatible across laptops so search for example for MSI GT75 9SF Drivers

those are ancient and never get updated. When I had my MSI GT75 Titan, I was constantly browsing the new models to check their drivers and see what works on mine. Otherwise you will be stuck on those old drivers and the biggest problem with Windows 10 is with each new build, you need to have most of your drivers updated to support that build. It sounds like a simple OS update but it's like a whole new OS. That's my biggest gripe with Windows 10 in fact.

    https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GT75-Titan-9SX

    9SG or 9SF ?

Also which drivers of them can be compatible with my 7RF ? And which of them I did not shall to install ?

Most of drivers should work, or you can use Windows Updates to receive newer driver, or you can download the drivers directly from station-drivers too.

MSI also has an app 'MSI Driver & App Center' which searches and provides downloads for all your drivers and apps. That's another option.
