So I got my msi GE72VR tonight and booted it up and right off the bat I noticed the pauses and freezes where there was no disk activity, but the drive shows %100 usage in task manager (when I was eventually able to pull it up). WTF...Right out of the box the MSI is giving the windows 10 bug where super fetch (as well as windows search services) causes the SSD to become unresponsive. I saw this on all my computers that I upgraded that used PNY SSD drives (the gaming pc that used samsung EVO did not have any issues)... but at least as an upgrade I can look at it as a slight incompatibility with older hardware. This is a NEW system designed by MSI..and nobody notices this? I'm definetly not the only one seeing this as this is how it comes from the factory, so there are laptop users who think their $1500 SSD m.2 based system is supposed to pause like this?

I updated the bios (it was on 103) and reinstalled windows 10 from scratch. downloaded everything on MSIs site (except nvidia) and installed them all before allowing windows online to update. Aside from one reboot where the task bar was unresponsive (but task manager and any program I could manualy run in it were not) it works fine. No funny stuff in task manager now. Would have prefered not to mess with reinstalling windows cause I am lazy, but not afraid to do it if shiats broke.. you know? ;)

Side note... the right side usb 3 speeds are still bunk because they are on a daughter board. Was hoping that would be fixed by now but oh well. -_-
