I currently have a 128GB SSD and it's a 2.5' form factor. I have filled up its memory and now I'm looking at getting a 512GB. I am interested in purchasing the 512GB at the following link, but it has weird dimensions I've never seen before and I'm wondering if someone knows whether it would fit in a GT70??

Toshiba 512GB Internal Solid State Drive Q Series

And I know everyone's initial instinct is going to be that I get a Crucial or Intel... but this Toshiba one is being sold at a local store here in Canada for $300 tax included where as those other brands are $400 - $600....

Don't worry, any SSD will fit in there.
The only time you need to worry about the dimension is a mechanical HDD that has thickness of 12mm, but it's never an issue with SSD.
