While the GS65 Stealth 8th-gen seems to receive very prompt attention by various reviewers, the GS73 Stealth 8th-gen seems to have received no love.

I would expect a 17" 6-core laptop weighting less than 2.5kg (that's 15" laptop weight!) ought to make everyone curious but apparently not.

    Any thought?

Horizontal size is part of portability. No matter how light a laptop is, it's not going to be as popular for on the go types if it won't fit into their smaller bags. And people OK with a larger width tend to be OK with thicker and heavier machines. Just observations though, I don't have hard numbers. And that's not to say that no one wants something like that, just that there may not be many and those may not be as vocal about it.

I've noticed that with a lot of MSI models, reviews do not tend to come out until several months after release (at least, detailed reviews). Not sure why.

Are you sure? There had been reviews prior to product launches.

IMO one more reason is really just how much sexier the GS65 looks
