You best bet is to contact MSI directly. There should be contact information on the bottom of your notebook.

Contact MSI directly, and they may ask you to send it back under OOW RMA.
The keyboard is part of C panel therefore it cannot be replaced easily.

Individual keys are very difficult to obtain as a standalone order. As others stated, you'll need to contact MSI for a replacement keyboard, which means they will be replacing the entire top assembly due to the design.

Yes, MSI carries just the full keyboard so they will not pull the keys out to send out.

If you get a spill in future leave it until it trys out in a warm dry place like an airing cupboard.

Power it off complete, and pull off the battery.
If battery is not removable then just shut it off completely and let it dry.
