If you read the forums at http://msiwind.net, you'd know this already. ;P

    1) Go here to activate a 5% coupon:

    http://www.buy.com/retail/coupon.asp?prid=84773074

    2) Go here to buy your Wind:

    http://www.buy.com/retail/usersearchresults.asp?querytype=home&qu=msi+wind&qxt=home&display=col

The coupon will bring the 6 cell Wind down to only $485, and you can use free shipping or even 2 day and still be under $499!

However the pre-orders there are said to be ending soon because they're close to reaching their quota (may already be there, I pre-ordered yesterday).

Be careful though because it may take a long time before you get one, especially the 6 cells.

6 cell is not coming with the initial product release, right? Which is why they have dropped the price to $479.

That is correct, however, Amazon has RAISED its prices to $499 maybe expecting too much demand? jandr.com has it for $489 for 3-cell. Also, all preorders are for Black, none so far for WHITE.

If amazon includes shipping & handling in the price already, then there is no raise in price!
