Laptop is 6 months old but I don't have warranty since I got it off from ebay.
Recently the cpu fan keeps vibrating and has a rattling sound (vibration/rattling stops when the fan stops). I already looked online on how to fix and took it apart to redo the thermal paste, nothing worked. Instead broke my wifi card socket during the process of dismantling. When I play games, the middle of the laptop would vibrate. Scared that the fan's vibration would cause a problem to the motherboard.

So can somebody help me find the part that is being sold in the US.
Also what is a good replacement wifi card or should I get the same one I have right now (killer 1525).

Call MSI first, because the unit itself may still carry its original warranty.

Not sure of any specific vendors/distributors. You may need to look into third party etailers; Amazon, eBay, etc. The part may be hard to find, so take Ken's suggestion and ask MSI about possible warranty service (call and provide the serial number).

The 1525 card is good. You can step it up to the 1535, or even go Intel, but not sure that either option offers a huge advantage over the 1525 - and since you probably already have the 1525 driver installed, it stands to be easier to replace with the same card.

I just ordered the heatsink/fan part. Now i'm just looking for the wifi replacement card. What is a good Intel wireless card that is $40 or under? Is the Intel 7265 better than Killer 1525?

Not necessarily. The Killer is probably your go-to/best choice if you're a gamer. The current Intel AC cards are good and arguably a little more stable when it comes to drivers, but I can't say the Intel offerings are faster.

If u bought Intel wifi ac module 7260 is not any better .. Killer is better.. I have ac 7260 and network speed is dropping drastically .. it starts at 650Mbps and in few seconds it drops to laughing 100Mbps..
Do not buy cheap modules.. they are fake from china or faulty ..
And with killer I have constantly 866Mpbs and I am upstairs and router downstairs..
And be careful .. in your GS70 there might be different connector type for wifi modules.. NGFF
Killer 1525 is awesome I have it and it is great
