    Can someone explain the difference between the MSI GS75-202 vs the MSI GS75-204 and any of the others? I don't understand the difference.

    The difference is just as Lurker Below said, the 204 has the RTX2060 GPU while the 202 has the 2080 Max Q version. The 2080MQ version has the bigger power supply.
