I'm planning on getting a GS65 Stealth Thin 8RF-073CA and putting this 2 TB SATA III SSD M.2 on the first slot (putting the one it comes with on the second slot as the second slot does not support SATA). What is the max the GS65 can support? Just want to confirm before I pull the trigger. Thanks.

Unlimited (no known limitation), you can use anything the market offers and what your budget can afford.
