MSI update on bad customer service! This is an update my laptop wasn't lost its just MSI the customer care center in California seems to not be on the same communication level with MSI Markham as MSI in Markham Ontario are very friendly and excellent ended up calling me and told me to call this number if any issues don't worry about calling the other number because they're having problems with them they said

LOL I know I'm just doing speech to text off my phone so I'm not even replacing any. Draining it's doing it automatically I'm just rattled what's going on

Sorry to hear that as it sounded terrible, but if the package was delivered and signed then it should be sitting somewhere in the repair center. :(

It's all good MSI fixed it it wasn't the repair center it was MSI the California call center is just very hard to deal with them I got a hold of MSI that repair centers number in Markham and I can say that they did alleviate the problems that I was having they didn't lose my laptop MSI their customer service number is absolutely horrific We Don't Talk Amongst each other but the repair center Markham is fantastic they kept giving me updates and the team there is very good

Glad that you got the issues resolved. This is clearly a communication issue between both sites, because the call center is located in their US office and Markham is a regional repair center so it seems like you got in touch with someone locally who could obtain information directly and quickly in regards to your shipment. The US office probably is quicker with issues associated with US customers and has delay communicating with satellite locations.

Yes I got it back and it is like BRAND NEW! I learned not to call MSI CUSTOMER SERVICE, just call the Markham Repair Center directly as I found the phone number on the RMA.

After I got ahold of them at the repair center, they were very helpful and also extremely understanding with what issues that I was going through. They did a excellent job with all the problems I listed on the RMA!

The Keyboard was screwed up :
Numeric Keyboard on top of keyboard 1-5 # did not work.
    Tab did not work
The arrow keys UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT Keys did not work
NONE OF the FN keys worked ,
Fan on back left was dieing and buzzing.
and screws on bottom of laptop were falling out, I put on the RMA that I take care of my items and have them clean and do not touch or rarely move them. I stated there was no physical damage from me. but overall excellent job and very pleased
