    W10 Backup Error Code 0x80070013 ...
Doesn't work anymore, and apparently its not going to as its been depreciated.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4034825/features-that-are-removed-or-deprecated-in-windows-10-fall-creators-up
MS is recommending 'We recommend that users use full-disk backup solutions from other vendors'.
Is your MS BU working in 1809?

They take away a necessary function and replaced it with a 3D printer program?? WTF were they thinking?!
I will never own a 3d printer and have absolutely NO need for a printer program.
I do need a proper BU for my OS!

    *EDIT*
I found this TUT but it didn't work for me.
    https://www.davescomputers.com/how-to-fix-error-0x80070013-after-windows-10-october-update/

    1. Right click on the drive you back up Windows to and select Properties.
    2. Select the Security tab and then select Advanced at the bottom.
    3. Select Change next to Owner at the top of the new window.
    4. Type in your account name in the lower box and select Check Names.
    5. Select your name and OK.
    6. Check the box next to Replace owner on subcontainers and objects and select OK.
    7. Select your account name under Groups or user names and check the Full Control box.
    8. Select OK to begin changing ownership.

    **EDIT**
Our Acer Switch-110 W10 tablet is v1809 with the patch.
It did the BU to a mSATA USB drive and skipped a few files (Pictures).
So all this BS about it being depreciated and having to use another program ... is just trying to buy some time as the bug is patched?!

    ***EDIT***
    IT'S ONEDRIVE, FILES ON DEMAND.

Or Aomei Backupper standard or Easeus free. Agreed with that opinion about Windows backup.

I use EaseUs Home. It saved my bacon a couple times so I was happy to pay for a license. They have a lifetime option so you can buy it once and have access to all future versions.

I use Easeus Todo backup free

downgrade from 1809 or wait for that one to be re-released that is at least build 17763.104 or 17763.107; much of the problems with 1809 are fixed in these two builds I mentioned
