    Hello

Urgently looking vbios 980m 4GB of Erazera (Erazer X7835)
I have a 4GB graphics MSI 980m which has no opimusa and does not work on GT70 MS-1762

If the card has no optimus it may not physically have the capability if you flashed the wrong vbios you may indeed brick it.

I am willing to try anyway, just flashed a bunch if vbioses from clevo, msi gt72 and titan gt80, although non of them seem to work correctly. Just post a copy of Erazer 4gb 980m rom from 7814 - that will suffice, anyone ;)?

since MSI don't officially have 980M on 1762, it takes extra work on this (SSID)...

So no success with the 4gb version on the 1762. I'll keep that in mind.

Your 1762 is barebone version? Or is it the actual GT70?
What's your existing BIOS/EC version on the 1762? Perhaps I can request newer version for you.

Do you have 51x BIOS? Newer cards do need it.
