It supports dual-channel (says the manual) and currently it has this ram in one slot.

    Transcend JM1333KSN-4G JetRam Laptop Memory Module - 4GB, PC3-10600, DD3-1333MHz, CL9, SO-DIMM at TigerDirect.com
    CPU-Z reports it as Transcend DDR3 PC3-10700

Now I can buy this Kingston DDR3 PC3-10600
    Kingston KVR1333D3S9/4G ValueRAM Laptop Memory Module - 4GB, PC3-10600, DDR3-1333MHz, 204-pin SODIMM, CL9, 1.5V, Non-ECC, Unbuffered at TigerDirect.com

Are these modules compatible? and will they work in dual channel given that they have the same frequency and capacity?

Correct, as long as the frequency and timing match that memory should be just fine.
