    I put the same one in my 3rd slot. It will work in both of the left slots as well, but obviously it will be slower than the stock PCIe SSDs.

    I ended up putting Samsung 950 Pro PCIe's in the left slots in place of the stock ones. They work great and are super fast of course.

    I don't think the SATA drive would run any faster at all in the PCIe slots, but I didn't install any OS, I only confirmed that it was fully recognized and ready to use.

    However, that said, I will be testing this in the next week or two. I'm wanting to test if I can RAID all three together with like (SATA) drives. I only have one M.2 on hand so I can't test that yet.
